New Member out of San Diego

Hey BP,

I've been lurking in the BP shadows for about a year now and finally got around to making a profile. Coincidently, I'm also finally getting around to taking action.

I'm in the Marine Corps and stationed in San Diego with my wife and 7 month old daughter. I'm originally from PA, she's from MA, and we're anxiously awaiting the day to head back to the land of seasons.

I'll be getting out in 4-14 years (somewhere in there) and, with the uncertainty of my next job, realized REI is something I can control at this time. I'm shooting to get a turnkey under my belt in the coming months and I'm also in the early stages of meeting people in the Dayton area. The short term goal is 2 SFH's under my belt by early '19.
