New Member in North Carolina

Hello everyone, new member here. I kind of fell into my 1st rental as when moving, we were too far underwater to sell my first primary residence. This was when the market was still near the bottom. So after no real goals with real estate, one of my buddies got me motivated to jump all in. So after talking with him, and reading books, listening to several podcasts, etc., I just purchased my 2nd rental. I can't wait to learn from everyone here as I start my path to financial freedom!

Currently in the process of renovating this home, but with plans of future purchases, I have been thinking I need to get with an accountant to make sure I'm on track financially and to maximize my taxes.
