New Member in Los Angeles
Hi All! My name is Lenny Michalski. I live in the Marina del Rey area of Los Angeles (more specifically... the Peninsula). I am a real estate agent in the area and have been for several years. My deal flow and stage of my career is such that I'm selling properties all across the great LA region.
Investment-wise, I purchased a single family home in Lancaster, CA back in 2010 which I unloaded last year for a decent profit. I wish I was listening to the podcast back then! I had some bad experiences with tenants that cost a pretty penny. I definitely had the mentality in my 20's that you just buy the property and hey! the cash just rolls in.
I'm building up as much knowledge as I can at this point and combining with my own experience to start small out of state and build from there. Looking forward to crossing paths!
