Newb Wholesaler in NC
Hello everyone, I just started looking into wholesaling about 2 weeks ago. I'm currently watching Max Maxwell videos on YouTube and a few others. What are some marketing strategies that I can use in order to be successful starting out? I've been calling people who posted FSBO on Zillow, and an absentee of owner list. I had a few decent responses, but no one truly motivated and of course a few that were angry or just hung the phone up. lol I've also been Driving for dollars, and I found a few houses I just can't get in contact with some of the owners. I'm located in the Fayetteville, NC area
