Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a new member here. Right now we are looking to buy fix n flips and buy and holds. We are active in several TN markets including Montgomery, Robertson, Davidson, Cheatham, and Dickson counties. We eventually want to move into wholesaling, but I need a bit more knowledge before I would feel comfortable.
