Hi all! Long time Bigger Pockets reader and forum lurker here. I wanted to say that after ~3 years of researching, reading, building confidence, and contacts, I FINALLY closed on my first property! Looking forward to the journey and closing on #2 in the (hopefully) not too distant future. Nice to meet you all and happy investing!
