New member and investor from Austin, TX
Hello Y'all! TJ Clinch from Austin, TX here. Moved to Austin from Houston 8 years ago and got started in real estate as a Realtor about 5 years ago. My wife introduced me to BiggerPockets and after listening to several episodes, we are ready to start the journey to financial freedom.
As a Realtor the paycheck is unpredictable and with a baby on the way its time we work on generating passive income. We plan to flip SFH's so that we can invest in buy and holds in other markets since finding 1% in Austin is tough.
