I am brand new to BP and have been listening to the podcasts, reading and making my brain hurt! I have been running a warranty management company for new home builders for 15 years. This is the first time I have looked on the other side of the fence and WOW I have a lot more respect for what my builder clients go through, and certainly for all the skills and knowledge here! I am eager to learn more and connect with others that have experience with mixed use properties. Thanks BP!
