Hello to all,

A newbie to the site and to rental investing. I purchased my first home in Jacksonville, FL while I was stationed there in 2015. This first go round was just for the sake of buying a home instead of living to pay someone else's mortgage.  When I transferred to NY I purchased my second home. Eventually, I began interested in the what rental properties could do for me. I'm here to learn and to develop this understanding into something profitable and long-term.
