New investor in Kentucky

Andy Lepisto
Posted

Hey everyone! My name is Andy and I'm an IT professional by day and budding property investor by night. I tend to be the type that lurks in the forums, but if there's anything that I've learned on the BP podcasts is that your network makes your net worth. So here I am!

In addition to being the IT Director for our local county government, I am also well versed in geographic information systems (GIS) as a data analyst, and am a Certified Floodplain Manager. If I can help in ANY of those areas, I'd be more than happy! Just don't ask me to fix your computer....
