New member in Tulsa, Oklahoma area
Hello, I just found BiggerPockets, I’m in Broken Arrow just outside of Tulsa. I’ve done one flip and made great money and learned a lot. I have a gift of finding wholesale properties apparently. I’ve found 1 for sale and 3 others that we’re not listed. Closed on one of them. I have given one to a friend of mine and working on a deal for the third. Fourth was just too far off number wise. I really enjoy doing the work on them myself. Glad I found the forum and look forward to learning more.
