Hello! My husband Elmer and I are new to bigger pockets! (We’ve lurked for a while and listen to the podcasts)

We're closing on our first property, two small lots in Newport TN. One lot has a small house that's needs rehab and the other lot has a burnt mobile home on it. We snagged the deal for next to nothing and hope to either flip the home or BRRR the home. Our end goal is to eventually work or way up to owning a cabin rental. My husband Elmer works for a cabin rental company as a maintenance man and is head of Pool Operations. He specializes in indoor cabin pools and spas. I own my own tattoo business in Knoxville TN.

We would love to network with other investors in the area! We’re a lively, hardworking couple with entrepreneur minds always looking for a challenge and making friends! Thanks for having us!

@Cara Lethco Networking and sharing ideas is the best way to learn. At the Knoxville Real Estate Investors people are encouraged to share what went wrong with a deal and how they survived the problems. Telling the story to others helps them remember to not make that mistake again and helps the others to realize that a problem is a setback not a roadblock.
