22 y/o getting started Phoenix area AZ

hey my name is cobi maimon I have been learning and educting myself over the last couple of months about real estate and feel like im ready to get started.

I am moving to Scottsdale AZ in a couple of weeks and i am looking forward to start building my core team and get to know investors from the area as well.

So I am planning to foucs on multi families to buy hold and rent and I would like to get some recommendations for excellent 1.mortgage banker

2.insurance broker

3.property manger  

4.closing company

5.realtor

You should probably start with the financing and get preapproved first because if you don't qualify for a loan the effort put into researching all of the others will be moot.
