How it all began for you.

How did you get your start? A flip, a wholesale deal, etc. I'm currently in the Racine/Kenosha DFD's, sticky notes, Letgo app, CL and got some leads from a couple people trying to help me get my feet wet. But what method landed you that first deal?

I bought a foreclosure from a S & L for $2,900.00. Fixed it up and rented it in 2002. Have over 100 cheap rentals now.
