Hello Team! 

My name is Christian and I started real estate investing. My goal is to make my first purchase in about 90 days. I want to buy a 2/1 or 3/2 SFD in the south Augusta area for about 50-60k to rent out for about 750-800 a month. I currently have a great lawyer, CPA, and a decent realtor. I am an active duty service member with no debt (yet) and about $10,000 is cash to invest. 

I look forward to get to know you guys and learn, learn, learn.
