Newbie from Virginia/Washington D.C. area
Hey everyone I just recently graduated from college and currently work full time in Washington D.C. I stumbled upon BP when I was looking for ways to make some passive income. After listening to a lot of podcasts I realized how great it would be to be financially free. I am 22 years old and just started working full time but my long term goal is to be financially free.
For the short term I will continue to listen and read more books. Some categories of real estate that I got interested in are flipping, rental properties, Single family homes, and wholesaling.
I plan on attending a local meetup by the end of the month and to continue learning! I'm glad to be here and look forward to absorbing in all of this knowledge and connecting with great people!
