Hello all!
New BP member here looking to connect with other South Florida real estate investors and professionals.
I currently own two rental properties and looking for at least one more before the end of the year. My goal is to have at least 10 properties within the next 4 and 1/2 years. I got into real estate to diversify my investment strategy. I've learned a ton of information over the last 9 months just by listing to the BP podcast and doing a ton of reading.
