New Member from SE Michigan

Hi all, New member from SE Michigan. I joined a while back but have not dug into the forums yet. My wife and I got our start in June of 2016 by purchasing a SFR, rehabbing it, then renting it. Since then we have picked up another SFR and duplex (Nov ‘16 and May ‘18) all are currently rehabbed and leased. We also own 2 other SFRs that will eventually be rental units. I have listened to a the vast majority of BP podcasts as well as 7 real estate audio books. We are incredibly excited and eager to keep adding to our portfolio.
