Hello BP Community!

My name is Tim and this is my intro. I've been a full-time singer/songwriter for 7 years now. My wife and I live in Franklin, TN. Last year we sold our first home and were shocked by the return on that property. I started to get curious about real estate investing and so I started asking questions and doing research, which of course led me to the BP Podcast. Now I'm looking to take the leap and purchase a rental property...preferably a Multi Family in Murfreesboro or Chattanooga. Excited to connect with y'all and learn from you!

Awesome. Welcome to BP.

Chattanooga is a great place to invest. I got a quote from a plumber (in Los Angeles) and he invests in Chattanooga. He was showing me the properties he bought there (all SFH) and many were nice (one that stood out was a brick house he paid around 40K for; I forget the monthly rent but I remember being impressed).

And I totally think you should be the one to create a BiggerPockets intro song for the @Brandon Turner podcast. :-)
