Starting in New Brunswick
Hi there BP members, I am 20 years old and currently self employed through contracts with 7 months of consistent work and am receiving a diploma for Business Administration: Marketing from NBCC this spring. I am very interested in wholesaling and the BRRRR strategy. I still have a lot to learn but have polished off most of the BP real estate podcasts and have self educated my self a lot on wholesaling (mainly from American perspectives, not sure of a lot of the differences between our laws yet in regards to wholesaling). I would love to connect with you if you are in the Moncton or Fredericton area. I am currently just analyzing to build some confidence and can't wait to house hack my first property.
