[Travis Dutro]

hey everyone I’ve lurking for a while and felt I should introduce myself! My name is Travis Dutro and I’m in the Muncie area looking to get started in real estate investment. More particularly  to buy and hold while gaining passive income from rent. I’ve spent thousands of hours researching all different types of investments such as stocks, crypto, fba product selling and think I have landed with real estate. 

I’ve watched all of the bp podcasts and many others on YouTube for months now. Currently I’m searching the market and familiarizing myself with it. 

After this post I’m going to create a post in the just starting forum and post about my situation and see what advice I may get. Thanks everyone!
