Hello,

My name is Amber Mayne and I have recently finished a rei course. I would like to know if anyone has any advice at all on starting. Do you need an attorney for double escrow and assignments? If so, is there a specific real estate attorney to look for? Also, what are some lessons you have learned that has really boosted the amount of deals you have closed on from when you first started, until now? Anything would be greatly appreciated.
