Hi every one, I’m Brian from the columbus Ohio area. I’ve been lurking around for some time, listening to podcast and researching as much as possible. I looking to buy multi families in the columb is, Dayton and Cincinnati areas. Then maybe expand out from there. If anybody has any good leads for realtors and contractors and management companies I’m all ears!

Hoping to learn and help others as much as I can.
