Hey BP Community! I am a new member from the St. Paul/Minneapolis area looking to connect with other investors.
Interested in financing for rehab to rent projects with little or no money down. Anyone have any suggestions for strategies.
Hey Mitch! Welcome to BP!
I would be very active on the forums and you can also set up key word alerts such as (St. Paul or Minneapolis) so that way you get notified anytime those key words come up in a discussion/post
@Mitch Kiklas - Welcome to BP! Partnerships are a great way to go as long as you know what you bring to the table. Sellers financing is another option if you can find someone who is okay doing it with little/no money down.
@Mitch Kiklas you can get hard money financing that will cover acquisition if you cover rehab costs, this will depend on the investor and it often will depend on your experience. I think its more typical that you may have to bring a partner if for a deal or two before you sell lenders financing a large part of your flip.
