Newbie in Baltimore, MD

Hi! My name is Towanda and I am a native Baltimorean. In my current job, I am driving all over my city to provide physical therapy services to patients that are homebound. 

My real estate experience includes owning my home and an inherited family home, both in the greater Baltimore area. I found Bigger Pockets by surfing through REI videos on youtube. I am now in the process of pulling cash out of the inherited home for repairs and to begin REI by purchasing and holding rental properties in my area. My current real estate goal is to use the BRRRR strategy to acquire rental properties to create enough passive income to replace my earned income.

I am glad I found this resource and I'm looking forward to learning more about investing and making great connections through Bigger Pockets.
