New REI in Gilbert, AZ
My name is Trevor McCloskey and I live in Gilbert, AZ. I am just starting my real estate investing journey and I plan on having my first buy-and-hold rental (a condo close to my house) by sometime next spring. My long-term plan is to focus on acquiring more buy-and-hold real estate with good cash flow. I currently have a day job and am interested in having a management company help me with this property since I'm new to being a landlord. Any recommendations on who is best to work with in the southeast valley of Phoenix?
