New REI in Gilbert, AZ
My name is Trevor McCloskey and I live in Gilbert, AZ. I am just starting my real estate investing journey and I plan on having my first buy-and-hold rental (a condo close to my house) by sometime next spring. My long-term plan is to focus on acquiring more buy-and-hold real estate with good cash flow.
