Multi-Family home for new owner

Antonio Williams
Posted

This will be my first home looking to buy a multi-family home the beginning of 2020... I live in a apartment now wanted to know if I should go the FHA loan route and move out my apartment and live in duplex, triplex or live in apartment and rent out the plex? I live in Houston Texas need a little guidance on an approach and how I should go about doing it? And eventually want to accumulate cash for single family home purchase after plex.
