Hello everyone!
My name is Matt. I had a real estate loan processing company in 2006-2007 until the market crashed. I had 1 bad investment property at that time. When the market crashed, so did everything I had that was making money.
Started a party rental business in 2008. Grew it from $500 to the largest party rental company in my area.
I work in law enforcement now. I want to get back into RE investing while keeping my job.
