New, Young Real Estate Investor

My name is Noah Maynard. I am currently a senior Mechanical Engineering student at SJSU. I found out this past summer that I actually do not want to be an engineer forever! For the past 7 months I have been conducting research on real estate investing. My attention has really drawing to multifamily properties, especially apartment complexes! I look forward to getting to know people with the same passion for real estate as I do! Currently I am looking at Reno NV, Tucson AZ, Durham NC, Fort Worth TX, and Sioux Falls SD, but looking to narrow down to one location that I can begin to invest in!
