I'm new here so I just wanted to introduce myself. If you have any tips on doing a BRRRR feel free to reach out! I live in California and am looking to do this out of state in upstate NY. :)

Welcome.  Watch out for the refinance costs when you run your numbers, the refinance will have to pay 1% mortgage recording tax in NY.
