Hey guys, How are ya? Hope to learn as much as I can from everyone here. I became interested a few months ago in real estate and have not done my first deal as of yet. I would like to do as much research as I can and connect with folks to become more comfortable with actually doing that deal. I am willing to shadow an experienced investor in my area to help or just learn the ropes of doing a deal head-on. Let's get started. I'm pumped!
