Introduction to BP Nation

Hello BP Nation. Aside from long-term flips of six primary residences, I am new to the REI scene. Very new. As in.... put my first offer on a property yesterday (Nov 1, 2018).

My goals for this post are to:

- Introduce myself

- Connect with others operating in beautiful Northwest Arkansas

- Begin assembling my network of service providers

- Accelerate my learning curve
