Hi everyone! 

My name is Steve Mathews. Graduating Penn State University this December 2018 with an Electrical Engineering degree. I will be moving to Philadelphia in the spring of 2019 and will be working remotely as a sales engineer traveling up and down the east coast, and into the Midwest. My goals are to get a start in buy and hold rental property investing which I plan to get my start from researching new areas as I travel for business. 

I am currently looking for a 1 bedroom living space in Philadelphia to rent.  I want to rent from someone on this forum because of the reputation of trust, quality, and values this community shows from all of the members.
