Broward County new member introduction
Hello Everyone,
My name is Tracy Hibshman, I am a licensed Realtor (5 years) and I live and sell in Parkland, Florida. I have been eager to purchase a property of my own to rent out. Several areas of interest are the big college towns for short term rentals. AIRBNB and the like, can produce a strong and steady income (game days, graduation, events, greek life,etc). Or closer to home in the Broward County area. Undecided, as usual, and this is where my frustration begins and.....the action ends. Too much overthinking and looking for the lowest risk, has essentially put me in a dead zone of making a decision. I am eager to learn from the successful investors on this forum.
Please point me in the right direction!
