New Agent/ Investor In Bronx

Good Afternoon everyone! I am moving to New York Dec 5th to start my New York Journey. I will be working at my uncles real estate firm. I am extremely excited to come up to New York and work among the greatest. I am 24 years old and very ambitious. Being new to the area is there anything i should be weary of or know? Any advice? I would love to make some new connections as I know no one other than my family in the state. I look forward to connecting with as many people as possible!
