Newbie from Rochester, NY

Hello BiggerPockets!  My name is Alex and I live in Webster, a town just outside of Rochester, NY.  I've been listening to the podcasts for a while and finally decided to take Brandon and David's advice and join the community.

I got started in real estate when my girlfriend, now wife, moved in with me and we had to do something with her house.  Instead of selling it we decided to rent it out and we caught the investing bug.  We are currently up to 5 rental properties and looking to add more.
