In Need of a REI start up advice
Hello everyone, I'm new to the Bigger pockets family and the real estate investment industry. I am looking to obtain some good tips on how to get off to a successful start in addition to working with a knowledgeable, experienced investor. Thank you all in advance for your feedback!

I buy distressed properties, fix them up, and rent them out. Works for me, may or may not work for you depending on your goals.
Struggles, too many to list :) The trick is to just keep going, no matter what.
