Hey guys and gals of Bigger Pockets I'm a newbie just signed up and everything I work around Upstate NY Albany and surrounding counties. I just wanted to drop a line and say hello, I've been following this site for some time and kinda hesitant to get my feet wet in the business of wholesaling properties but it's about time now. So any other wholesalers in my area drop me a line any seasoned investors in the bizz with advice feel free to give me your 2 cents. Lets make this paper.
