Hello Everyone. I am a real estate investor currently a software engineer living in Santa Clara but born, raised, and investing in Redding CA. I am mostly interested in multifamily BRRRR due to the number of worn out properties and high rental demand.

Eventually I plan to use syndication to get larger properties. 

Are there any other investors working in the area? I would love to connect! Happy to be here.
