New Redding CA investor
Hello Everyone. I am a real estate investor currently a software engineer living in Santa Clara but born, raised, and investing in Redding CA. I am mostly interested in multifamily BRRRR due to the number of worn out properties and high rental demand.
Eventually I plan to use syndication to get larger properties.

Hi Chris. I own 34 units in Redding. And like you, I live in the Bay Area. My path is similar to yours-looking to do syndication there. Nice to meet you!
