Hey Bigger Pockets community! I am in the Sacramento area and I am new to BP. I am interested in learning more about doing some flips and buying some multi family residences using the BRRR method. I am patiently waiting to see what the market is doing because is seems to being slowing in my area. I was hoping to network and meet some good people in all aspects of real estate. I am also interested in going to any RE meetings around town so if anyone knows a good one please let me know thanks.

 "Market is slowing" is relative. I've just picked up some more properties in Phoenix. Why stick to California?
