Howdy guys,

My name is Josh and I am currently a senior business major at Mays Business School at Texas A&M. I discovered BP about a month ago and deep into the BP podcast. I am not currently looking to start investing quite yet, but more looking into acquiring information on real-estate. I am also applying to the Real Estate Masters Program at A&M and jumping right into the commercial side of real estate. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any type of part-time job that would be good for a student who could maybe get some experience or just dip their toes into the real-estate world. I don't particularly mind if its for residential or commercial, but more just getting into it and acquiring knowledge. Thank you guys and I can't wait to hear from you!

Welcome Josh!  You might want to attend a Brazos Real Estate Investors Club meeting (aka BRIC; https://www.brazosreia.com)  I'm sure you could meet some folks there who can help you find what you're looking for.  My father and I are getting started investing in that area and have found BRIC members to be very helpful!

Best of luck as you start your journey!
