Hello BP! Looking for a Realtor

Hi BP Members! My name is Konstantin. I've been a member for a few months now, doing all the research I can to prepare myself for the journey. Just looking for some pointers, some direction. I live in a house with lots of equity. Roughly $300,000. Want to spend it wisely. My current interest is in the Green Bay, WI area. Would love to get referred to a good realtor and other pros in the area. Have my eyes planted on a possible deal. Willing to travel and meet if I come across the right person.
