Hello, my name is Jenny. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for quite some time and just joined this online forum. My husband and are preparing to purchase our first buy-and-hold property in November of 2019. We are actively learning about markets that will allow us to cash flow based on the Rental Property Calculator. We live in Phoenix, Arizona, but we are considering purchasing in Ogden, Utah as it appears the market it a little better for buy and holds. However, we are open to new ideas as we learn and experience more.
