Hello everyone, my name is Michelle Matthews. I am originally from Chicago. My current residency is Hephzibah, GA (right next to Augusta).

I retired from the Army in 2004. I have enjoyed learning about real estate since the mid 90s. I am a lifetime student of real estate education. I have bird dogged for investors since the mid to late 90s. I am a member of my local REIA.

I currently have one investment property (a single family home). My short term goal is to buy 4 houses and a hotel (a small multi-unit property). :D
