Hello everyone! My name is Scott Bloomer and I am a somewhat new member. I've had a BP account for a while and I've decided to up my game and get active on the site. I'm a new investor and recently purchased my first rental property. I'm looking for a market that I could BRRRR or buy and hold in - open to suggestions! Currently live in the Raleigh, NC area.
