New to Forum Greenville, SC
Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking the forum for the past three months, simply absorbing knowledge from this great site.
I have four rent & holds under my belt. I'm looking to double down if you will over the next three years. Between learning from some minor newbie mistakes and the information here, I hope to strengthen my portfolio. I'm also interested in learning more about rehab & flips in order to fund/secure my hold positions.
Any contacts, mentors, or friends I could make in my area would be great!
