Newbie Wholesaling in Georgia

Posted

Hey guys, so I’ve been going YouTube crazy on fix and flip projects and they way my credit score is set up I believe I need to get started by wholesaling. I’ve recently came across a house for $10,500. A 3Bed2Bath, with a fire place. Nice looking brick house but needed interior work. I showed pics of the property to a guy I know who’s an all around handyman and he estimated around $6,000 in updates(without an actual walkthrough). Houses in the area were ranging $80,000 -$130,000. The Zestimate on the property was $97,000. I felt like that would’ve been a great deal but I don’t have them finances or credit to make that kind of deal. But I’m 24 years old with 2 kids & I want to change my life.  I’m ready to get started by wholesaling. If there’s anyone that can give me any tips or advice I would greatly appreciate it. God bless!
