Should I purchase the BiggerPockets Pro Membership?

Question

I am really debating whether I should purchase the BiggerPockets Pro Membership. Do y’all think I 100% should? And why do you think that? Thank y’all so much for the help. Merry Christmas!

Welcome to bigger pockets. I had the same question about a month ago. Let me tell u......its worth every penny.  I use the calculator every day.  I really cant see analyzing a possible deal any other way.  I pay monthly. Money very well spent. Best of luck and Happy Holidays!

Welcome to the site Reid. If you're here to sell product or advertise a service of some sort it's an absolute must. I've brought in well over 7 figures selling to members here on BP. If you're on the site looking for education or just general networking I do not think it's that important. Cost is small so doesn't really matter either way but it's not an absolute must like it is if you've got something to sell.

@James Wise thanks for the reply bro! I would basically only be using it for the calulators and may end up using it more for the future, but right now my whole decision would be based on the calculator. Do you still think it’s smart? And yea it’s not like it’s $5k or anything haha but $390 is $390 for sure! I appreciate the advice man!

@Reid Mathews I'm totally biased, so take my "yes" with a grain of salt.  :)  You;ll have access to so many more tools and you can also post in the marketplace if you are a pro member.  The marketplace is great because you can get referrals there and advertise your own business as well.  If you use the right keywords, your target audience will see it.  Plus, the more ingrained you get into BP, the more you will get out of it.

I agree with many of the other comments.  I want to support an amazing site and podcast and this is a great way to do it..AND the tools (calculators) and forms are awesome!

I will probably stay BP Pro forever. A few reasons why. Based on the amount of knowledge that I have gained from the "free" information available from BP via the forums, webinars, and podcast, the least I could do in send them the $39. The tools available are worth every penny. My partner and I have used the calculator more times than I could count and love them. Lastly, its a small price to pay to let folks know who interact with you on the site, know that you are serious about REI, and are willing to commit a little.

See it this way. Every one working for BP does a great job. They too would love to get paid. (Assuming they do)... Its not just about what can everyone do for me. Give back too.
