New to BP! Eager for knowledge & getting started in SA TX area.

Good afternoon, I'm new to BP! I am eager to expand my knowledge and network with others.

I purchased my first SFH in 2017 through FHA and lived in it for a year. I now rent out the property and have learned a great deal during this first year of managing the property myself. I have an interest in acquiring a multifamily home as my next investment property.

I am listening to BP podcasts every moment I can, reading, taking notes and processing the new information. I became a pro BP member a few days ago and still learning how to navigate through the site.

I am interested in attending meet up groups and or any other networking events!  Please share any info on local meet ups, events and or any tips to assist me along this journey!!
