Hello everyone, I recently found out about BP from watching videos about real-estate investing on YouTube. I must say, this site is incredible! I've been listening to the podcast, attending webinars, reading books, and just signed up for a couple of events in the Chicago area. I currently rent an apartment which is costing me thousands of dollars each year. My goal (for 2019) is to buy a multi-family house, rent out most of the units, and live in one myself. That way, I could ease the cost of living and start funneling my resources towards expanding my investment portfolio. I'm very excited to connect with and learn from the BP community :)
